ART PARK

During my internship at The String Theory, I was given leadership over a series of motion graphic announcement videos for the festival ground ART PARK, which sees over 100,000 attendees every summer. Loosely working with the established Art Park brand, I worked with the Festival Coordinators to develop this years online video presence as well as build various reels for screens at the festival ground.  This year, the Coordinators wanted to rift on a kaleidoscope theme throughout their branding.  The videos below are an early concept I provided and altered, although we took the design in a different direction.

 
 

After a few renditions, we arrived on a style that both the Festival Coordinators and I were happy with.  This style uses a less literal, more 'motion graphic' take on the kaleidoscope theme and also better retains the established Art Park color scheme.  Over the next few months I provided a series of anouncment videos in this style as more and more bands booked concerts for the summer.

 

I also created multiple videos for Art Park that were tailored for special events or for screens on their busses as well as at the concert grounds themselves.  Here are two examples.
